We’re excited to share the latest progress on VISKIO, our innovative skills portfolio platform. In our most recent working session, we focused on creating the Challenge Catalogue, a crucial component designed to inspire and guide users through various skill-building activities. Here’s a summary of our productive meeting and what’s coming next.
Key Outcomes from Our Meeting
We’ve laid out the structure for the Challenge Catalogue and delegated tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient development process. Here’s what we agreed on:
1. Parts of the Challenge Catalogue:
Short Intro: A brief overview to set the stage.
Challenge Recipe: A detailed guide on how to set up and execute a challenge.

2. Challenge Inspiration Labels
Each challenge inspiration will include the following labels:
Level: Easy, Advanced, Difficult
Length: Less than 1 day, 1-7 days, 8 or more days
We will also consider filtering challenges based on:
Skills
Topics
Level
Label
3. Tasks:
Develop the Challenge Recipe further, aiming to create an easy start for setting up a challenge. This will include using the initial draft and adding components such as the goal of the challenge, selectable skills, links for further learning, and categorizing ingredients into must-haves and optional elements.
Integrate the challenge examples into the authoring tool

Our recent meetings have been incredibly valuable, bringing us ever closer to completing WP3, the VISKIO Starter Kit. The collaborative spirit and dedication of our team are truly inspiring.
