UNESCO defines Transversal Skills as "skills that can be used in a wide variety of situations and work settings" (IBE, 2013). These skills enable workers to be change-adaptive and successful and are increasingly demanded in the workplace. These are the skills at the heart of VISKIO used to visualise the achievements and development of its users.
